Oh, Miss Pear

Miss Pear is 21 months old, and is a little ray of sunshine, she always makes me laugh.

Last night she announced a new word -- bath time. Okay, so it sounded more like ba-time, but that is okay. When it is bath time, she gets her towel and facecloth, takes them into the bathroom, and places them on the counter then looks at you to do your part - start the water. Once the water is running she will allow you to get her ready for her bath, but the water must be running first.

Today in the scorching heat we decided that we had to water the flower beds out back - this is not a big deal because we live in a town home with a postage stamp sized yard that faces North, and was therefore in the shade. While we were watering Miss Pear was helping. I would put water in her bucket and she would dump it. Unfortunately she still only dumps stuff towards her - like when she pours water on herself in the bath tub. So by the time we were done, we were all laughing very hard, and Miss Pear was all wet. It was so cute and fun. When we removed her wet clothes water literally poured out of her shoes!

We had so much fun.
