Squeak Squeak

According to Miss Pear we had a squeak squeak this morning - that translates into an earthquake.

And of course the news coverage blew it into a huge story without narrowing down the coverage area from "Southern California", so we called the parents to let them know we are okay...yes, the house shook and made a bit of noise. We have had worse. Miss Pear could really not have cared much less, except that she was curious about the noise.

At which point I realized that we sound like natives.....
