Family Language

Each family has their own language, their own collection of words that are used almost exclusively within that family.

Some come from the books we read, such as "you are being a grumpus" from Winnie the Pooh.

Some books come from our families' previous generations and their languages such as "foo come ba-lah!"

But the sweetest ones come from children's misuse of words or mispronunciations. Those are the best.

Miss Pear is sick with a bad cold and asked for her fertilizer in her room.

No, she is not asking for gardening supplies, she is asking for a vaporizer.
