Sunday morning's breakfast was not as well prepared as last week's. My husband had left for a business trip on Tuesday and with flight delays returned Saturday just in time for supper.
Not wanting to spend the evening getting brunch ready I pulled out the griddle so it just had to be plugged in come morning, measured my homemade baking mix into a bowl and covered it so it was just waiting for milk and eggs in the morning to make pancakes.
We definitely enjoyed it, and with all the preparation done it was not a whole lot of work!
Definitely an idea to keep in rotation!
