...I was looking at this week wondering how I had allowed myself to be so over booked - then I remembered. One event that I was committed to pulled in a week, and a birthday party for a dear friend got thrown in amongst the other commitments.
In my continuing belief that God has a sense of humor I will share how my week suddenly got a lot lighter.
Miss Pear and I both woke up sick with colds today.
Voila! Events canceled.
Besides, nursing my sick little one is much more important than an event! (Even if she seems convinced that napping is optional this afternoon!)
