The crud has come to visit

Well, the crud that is going around has found its way to our house, we are praying it will not stay long because we don't have the time to be sick! (Does anyone ever?)

And I don't just mean the 6 dozen apples on my counter waiting to be dried either!

So I will be back next week with the pictures of how we found room for all that canning, the state of the rest of the pantry and my plan to stock it, and how we decided what to do with the fruit when it was on sale.
