We love to BBQ, and do most of our out door cooking in the spring and fall, so for us it is the height of grilling season!
This weekend we picked up some carne asada at the store (great sale!) and some corn on the cob. While I have never grilled corn before I figured that it must be easy and good because I sure hear about it a lot, so I looked into it, and found these instructions, which I pretty much followed in the preparation and cooking part. (We did not rinse our corn, it was not needed).
And it was really good!
I think the days of boiling the corn are definitely over.
